To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together. ## The Crown Is Yours As a Paralegal, you’ll provide critical support to our Commercial Transactions Legal Team as we help drive DraftKings’ continued growth across domestic and global markets. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner closely with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial agreements, streamline legal operations, and build scalable processes that keep the business moving forward. You’ll play a key role in improving efficiency across the team by managing documentation, supporting transactions, and helping develop knowledge management systems that make legal resources more accessible and effective. Working alongside our Vice President & Associate General Counsel and broader Legal Team, you’ll contribute to high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. ## What you’ll do as a Paralegal * Support DraftKings’ commercial transactions, including assisting with the drafting and negotiation of agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, promotion terms, and contest rules. * Assist with our insurance function, including preparing coverage applications and related schedules or supplements. * Facilitate and oversee the agreement execution process. * Act as an operations specialist to help keep the Commercial Transactions team organized and running efficiently. * Design and implement knowledge management systems to ensure legal standards are easily accessible and up to date for stakeholders. * M
