What You'll Do.
Serve as IP paralegal
Provide guidance to junior paralegals
Navigate electronic court systems
Ensure compliance with local rules
Assist attorneys in IPR proceedings
Prepare and file petitions
Coordinate with technical experts
Ensure compliance with USPTO regulations
Assist in trial preparation
Organize trial binders
Provide in-court support
Assist in source code management
Organize source code repositories
Provide support during depositions
Coordinate with witnesses
Coordinate large-scale document collection
Coordinate document production
Implement systems for document organization
Implement procedures for document retrieval
Save case-related documents
Draft legal documents
Review legal documents
Analyze legal documents
Conduct legal research
Provide training to junior paralegals
Update litigation deadlines
Ensure accuracy of litigation deadlines
Maintain accuracy of documents
Adhere to filing requirements
Communicate with internal team members
Communicate with external vendors
Electronically distribute documents
