ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and proactive In-House Paralegal to join our growing fintech company’s Legal & Compliance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting regulatory filings, contract management, and other corporate matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong experience with corporate and securities law in a regulated industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare, review, and file Form D, Blue Sky filings, and other regulatory disclosures with the SEC and state regulators. - Process transfer agreements and other fund agreements that require attention to detail and communication with investors. - Support the legal review and negotiation process for vendor, partnership, technology, and customer contracts. - Maintain and organize the company’s contract database and ensure proper execution, renewal tracking, and compliance monitoring. - Monitor regulatory developments relevant to fintech and venture capital law and assist in updating internal pr
