Must Have
Paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management tools, Google familiarity with e-discovery tools and privacy workflows, Excellent drafting, proofreading, and document-assembly, high attention to detail, Proven ability to work autonomously and manage asynchronous workflows across global time zones, communication and project-management ability to handle competing priorities and maintain SLAs, Proactive, business-minded, and hands-on—with a bias toward execution and clarity
Nice to Have
Prior in-house experience at a high-growth e-commerce or consumer brand, Familiarity with vendor contracting for logistics/3PL, SaaS, and marketing services, Experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management tools and intake/ticketing systems, Familiarity with e-commerce tech platforms or consumer brands
