What You'll Do.
Review title insurance commitments
Examine title exceptions
Prepare title summaries
Coordinate with title companies
Review ALTA/NSPS land title surveys
Summarize survey matters
Compare surveys against title commitments
Assist attorneys with survey objections
Track satisfaction of liens
Assist attorneys in legal matters
Compile legal research
Maintain responsibility for files
