What You'll Do.
draft general real estate
and maintain files for litigation
and general legal matters.
and synthesize legal due diligence for real estate and corporate coordinate and manage real estate due diligence and escrows.
track litigation hold and preservation draft standard demand and cease and desist maintain litigation organize and coordinate responses to document requests
and other records requests in connection with civil
and criminal investigations or proceedings.
and conduct factual or basic research using commercial and public conduct title and real property research.
assist with outside counsel engagements and outside counsel contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
