Must Have
2-3 years of professional work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously under tight deadlines, High level of attention to detail and accuracy, Comfort working alongside AI tools
Nice to Have
Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved school, Experience in financial services, Familiarity with SEC regulatory framework for investment advisers, Experience supporting audits, regulatory exams, or compliance programs within financial services, Project management and problem-solving mindset
What You'll Do.
Oversee and maintain CLM system
Optimize intake process and workflow automation
and proofread documents
Draft legal documents and correspondence
Assist with entity management activities
Assist with preparation and maintenance of regulatory filings
Assist with review of marketing content
Develop and maintain written policies
Assist in developing testing procedures
Oversee routine insurance requirements
Manage preparation for insurance renewals
Support teams across the firm
