Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field., 2–4 years of experience in a paralegal, employee relations, legal operations or executive coordination role., knowledge of administrative due process and labor documentation, Experience supporting hearings and investigations through case documentation or assisting with legal/HR compliance processes., Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence, memos, and reports with attention to tone and detail., Highly organized with document management, filing, and version control skills., attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information., Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision., coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, IT, Security, and business leaders.
