Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, 5 years experience as a paralegal, valid employment authorization in the U. S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future, knowledge of legal billing practices, experience with e-billing software (e. g. , BrightFlag, LegalTracker), Proficiency in drafting corporate governance documents and managing multi-entity structures, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with executive leadership and external law firms
Nice to Have
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program, Experience in the use of Google Workspace applications, mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience, Prior industrial gas experience
What You'll Do.
and management of all litigation hold notices
Guide and coordinate the legal billing lifecycle
Develop and implement complex search terms for data
coordinate the collection and transfer of electronically stored information (ESI)
Contribute to the preparation and management of corporate resolutions
officer/director appointment certificates
maintain the digital corporate minute
Act as the key point of contact for third-party subpoenas
Perform substantive legal and factual research
Provide support for other administrative duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
support internal stakeholders (eg. business developers, legal, Procurement); coordinating payment approvals with accounts payable personnel; coordinating with internal departments for timely production; interfacing with executive leadership and external law firms
