As a Par Excellence Optimization Support, you will: • Perform scale calibration and weight validation for Par Excellence weighted bin systems • Validate and recalibrate bins and PAR levels in collaboration with Materials Management • Support item configuration updates under Supply Informatics governance • Assist with unit-by-unit optimization, go-live support, and stabilization • Troubleshoot Par Excellence issues with IT and vendor support; document standard work • Perform other duties as assigned to support the mailroom and copy center Qualifications include: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to follow defined processes and document work accurately • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Comfort working in clinical and supply environments • Basic technical troubleshooting skills • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Experience with Par Excellence or similar inventory management systems preferred • Experience in healthcare materials management or supply chain environments preferred Work Schedule: Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Schedule may flex slightly based on operational needs.
