What You'll Do.
ensure equipment of a number of different machine types are utilised to the relevant standards required
ensure all production requirements are met on an ongoing basis
ensure effective communication of condition of machine parts
highlighting any issues or problems as they arise
undertake fault finding activities when equipment problems occur and conduct repairs in line with the Training Matrix
support Engineering with repairs to machines and equipment
undertake basic mini-PM and support PM activities including tool changes
complete any required Engineering audits and perform adjustments / repairs
ensure minimum wastage of materials at all times through effective machine operation
conduct effective shift handovers
keep work areas clean and tidy with good hygiene and BRC standards maintained
mentoring and coaching to shift operators where required
Proactive in Improvement activities and Six Sigma Projects
