What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, Fluent German language with a confident and professional communication style, especially in phone conversations, Ability to understand and work with written internal documentation in German, English language skills at B12 level, Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), Careful, structured and reliable, with focus on quality, Technical affinity and interest in analytical and data-related tasks

Ensure high data and measurement quality
Resolution of cases and high data quality
Act as communication interface
Conduct research to verify usage behavior
Maintain and update household and panel data
Support optimization of internal workflows
Contribute to special and quality-related projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Close functional alignment to the team in Germany; Daily collaboration via meetings, phone, and Microsoft Teams; Act as a communication interface between panel households and internal and external stakeholders
