This hands-on role involves assembling and insulating panels, doors, walls, and drain pans with precision. If you enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you. **What You’ll Do** * Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts. * Assemble panels and components according to detailed instructions. * Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies. * Apply insulation to panels as specified. * Label panels for tracking and organize them for delivery. * Operate forklifts and other tools to move materials and complete tasks. * Complete production logs and deviation reports. * Disassemble and correct improperly assembled or damaged panels. * Use rivet guns, air guns, knives, and handheld spot welders. * Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow. * Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions. **What We’re Looking For** **Qualifications:** * Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. * Demonstrates an attention to detail. * Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively. * Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). * Capable of following instructions and solving routine problems. * Forklift license required (can be obtained within 3 months of hire). **Work Environment:** * Exposure to moderate noise and airborne particles. * Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms. * Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
