The role requires strong Ex‑Service leadership, multi‑site management experience and hands‑on operational capability. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead security operations for large manufacturing plants and multiple PAN‑India sites * Define and standardize security policies, SOPs and governance frameworks * Secure production areas, warehouses, utilities, high‑value assets and IT/OT zones * Manage perimeter security, access control, CCTV and surveillance systems * Ensure SEZ compliance, statutory adherence and audit preparedness * Liaise with police, SEZ authorities, fire services and government bodies * Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis and incident investigations * Oversee outsourced security manpower including deployment, training and discipline * Manage security vendors, SLAs, billing verification and audits * Drive emergency preparedness, fire drills and crisis response exercises * Prepare MIS reports, incident dashboards and compliance updates for leadership **Candidate Profile** * **Mandatory:** Ex‑Service (Army / Navy / Air Force / CRPF) * **Experience:** 15–18+ years with strong manufacturing / industrial / Office exposure * Proven
