What You'll Do.
Wrap finished pallets using manual or automated stretch-wrap machines
Inspect pallet load stability before and after wrapping to ensure products are secure
Verify pallet identification

Operate pallet wrapping machinery safely and perform basic troubleshooting (jam clearing
Ensure correct wrap settings (number of wraps
containment) according to SOPs
Move wrapped pallets to staging or storage areas using pallet jacks or pallet trucks
Report damaged packaging
or machine malfunctions to the supervisor
Maintain cleanliness in the wrapping and staging areas

Full Job Description
**Company:** Wasatch Labs **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** · Wrap finished pallets using manual or automated stretch-wrap machines. · Inspect pallet load stability before and after wrapping to ensure products are secure. · Verify pallet identification, including lot codes, labels, and quantities. · Apply top sheets, corner boards, or additional protection when required by customer specs. · Operate pallet wrapping machinery safely and perform basic troubleshooting (jam clearing, film replacement). · Ensure correct wrap settings (number of wraps, tension, containment) according to SOPs. · Move wrapped pallets to staging or storage areas using pallet jacks or pallet trucks. · Report damaged packaging, unstable loads, or machine malfunctions to the supervisor. · Maintain cleanliness in the wrapping and staging areas. · Follow all GMPs, safety rules, and company procedures. · Assist in production tasks when needed to support team workflow. · **Physical Demands and Work Environment:** · Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms to handle or operate tools and equipment. · Frequently required to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. · Perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and gripping in a fast-paced environment. · Work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures. · Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. · Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment **Minimum Qualifications:** · High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. · Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred. · Ability to follow detailed instructions, batch records, and labels in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus). · Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy. · Basic math and documentation skills for counting and recording finished goods. **
