What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in decorative or industrial painting, Proficiency with spray guns, airbrush equipment, and hand painting techniques, Knowledge of paint types: acrylics, enamels, lacquers, epoxies, and specialty coatings, Experience with colour matching using Pantone and RAL systems, Ability to read design briefs, mood boards, and visual references accurately, Knowledge of surface preparation techniques for various substrates, Physical ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and large-scale builds, Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

Mix and match paints to client specifications

Select appropriate paint types and primers
Inspect finished surfaces for defects
Maintain painting tools and spray equipment
Manage paint inventory and waste disposal
