Must Have
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting methods, Familiarity with painting tools, sprayers, rollers, and related equipment, attention to detail and manual dexterity, Willingness to learn new trades and become cross trained when needed, Ability to manage time effectively and meet turnover deadlines, Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently, High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to Have
Minimum 1-3 years of professional painting experience (residential or multi-family), Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
What You'll Do.
preparing and applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces
delivering high-quality finishes
completing painting work orders within designated timelines
preparing surfaces for painting by scraping
and repairing drywall or surface imperfections
ensuring all necessary repairs to drywall
and related hardware are completed prior to coordinate with vendors as needed
painting interior and exterior surfaces including walls
and common areas in accordance with company standards
inspecting completed work to ensure high-quality finishes that meet safety and performance standards
safe work areas at all times
documenting completed work and materials used as directed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
coordinate with vendors as needed; Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs
