Experience in schools, Experience in residential programs, Experience in healthcare, Experience in similar environments, Familiarity with low-VOC coatings, Familiarity with specialty coatings, Basic carpentry experience, General maintenance experience

Repair minor wood surfaces
Perform power washing
Perform surface cleaning
Prep building components
Perform minor drywall installation
Perform minor drywall repair
Conduct minor carpentry repairs
Follow OSHA safety standards
Follow company safety policies
Work across multiple properties
Coordinate with site leadership
Minimize disruption to programs
Minimize disruption to residents
