What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous painting experience through formal training, apprenticeship, or hands-on work, knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and drywall repair, Excellent attention to detail, especially with finishes and color matching, Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team, English proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience in apartment, condominium/HOA, or hotel environments, Spanish is a plus
What You'll Do.
Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces
Repair and patch drywall and sheetrock
Match paint colors and apply finishes consistently
Protect surrounding surfaces
and fixtures before painting
Complete work orders accurately and on schedule
Follow all safety procedures
and proper material handling practices
Support the maintenance team with minor repairs or projects as needed
