Conducts regular rounds of all areas of the hospital, office building, and support service buildings to identify needs for repair of paint, walls, and wall coverings. 2\. Paints, patches and repairs wall coverings as required. 3\. Inspects and maintains safety markings on curbs and cross walks at least annually 4\. Maintains painting materials and equipment in good operating condition 5\. Maintains an appropriate inventory of paint and supplies and obtains pricing for items to be ordered. 6\. Will be required to assist other facility related positions and special work teams when necessary. 7\. Has access to, and is responsible for, performing assigned duties in locked medication rooms. This position is aware that they are not responsible for medications and should report any unsecured medications to a licensed professional. 8\.
