About This Role: As a Powder Coat Painter with Crusoe, you will be responsible for applying industrial paint finishes like powder coat to metals or manufactured products. This includes mixing paints and other solutions and monitoring drying to ensure desired results. This role is essential for achieving the desired aesthetic and protective qualities of our products. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of general work experience, with formal training in production painting being a plus. This is a full-time position.
