Position Summary The Entry-Level Powder Coat Painter supports the preparation, coating, and handling of aluminum components to meet production and quality standards. This role includes cross-training and assisting other production areas as needed. Ideal for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging, staging) Apply powder coating following work orders and quality standards Inspect finished parts for coverage, color, and defects Operate and maintain coating equipment (training provided) Monitor curing process and ensure proper finish quality Move materials safely throughout production Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements Assist with general production tasks as needed Qualifications No prior experience required; manufacturing or painting experience preferred Ability to learn equipment and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Forklift experience is a plus What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annua
