Examine finished painted trucks for quality assurance
Industry & Context.
Troubleshoot equipment; Detect defects; Repair defects
Use of 7-9 step ladders, Work overtime, Individually lift and manipulate parts/equipment weighing up to 35 pounds, Use both hands to perform task, Detect hazardous materials
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficient at reading checklists, Proficient at reading paint codes, Proficient at reading safety logs, Proficient at reading JSA's, Demonstrate knowledge in every step of the paint process, Knowledge in fine line painting, Ability to cross-train
Nice to Have
High School Diploma or equivalence, Five (5) or more years of experience in industrial painting, Painting Certifications

Apply finishing paint
Perform metal finishing
Perform masking of parts
Inspect work of others
Troubleshoot equipment
Provide work instructions
Communicate with co-workers

Spray paint onto parts
Spray primer onto parts
Detect unpainted areas
