High School Diploma required, Minimum of 3-5 years body shop operations background inclusive of application equipment, Hands-on expertise w/ automotive paint & collision repair products (primers, base coats, clear coats and paint mixing systems), Able to report, document, create and build relationship with customers and industry partners, Active listener and can interpret customer needs, Willing to continuously learn, Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time, Valid Driver’s License required

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree preferred, Certification or training in collision repair (refinish or paint application) preferred
