1-2 years experience automotive manufacturing, Previous paint prep experience, Fundamental computer skills, Fundamental math skills, Fundamental reading skills, Ability to multi-task, Adapt to changing environment, Adapt to changing processes, Follow established methods, Follow established procedures, Perform work accordingly, Communicate with leadership, Communicate with team members, Team oriented, Ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Three years experience automotive manufacturing, Paint department experience, Proficient in safe operation pneumatic tools, High School Diploma/GED, Certification program in equivalent field

Prepare parts for paint repair
Blow water from cavities
Blow shot from cavities
Operate overhead hoist
Maintain safe work environment
Maintain clean work environment
Follow safety procedures
Demonstrate best practices
Follow safe procedures
Inspect completed parts
Meet production standards

Facilitate corrective actions
Maintain inventory levels
Teach paint prep processes
Teach equipment functions
