Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. ## **What You Will Experience in This Position:** * Apply paint, powder coat, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer using spray equipment or manual techniques to protect and finish products, equipment, or structures * Prepare surfaces for coating by sanding, scraping, cleaning, masking, and removing old coatings to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality * Operate and adjust spray equipment, including powder coat systems, to achieve consistent coverage and finish thickness * Review work orders, specifications, and instructions to ensure correct coating application and appearance * Monitor and allow proper curing and drying times, including oven cure cycles for powder coating, prior to inspection and next production steps * Perform routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of spray guns, powder coat equipment, booths, and related tools * Inspect coated parts for quality, thickness, defects, and finish to ensure compliance with customer and internal standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines * Collaborate closely with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations * Provide guidance, training, or review of work for less experienced painters or powder coaters (level dependent) ## **You have:** * * Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures * Willingness to learn and expand skills across painting and powder coating operations * Dependable attendance with the ability to work independently or as part of a team * High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experience **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your
