What You'll Do.
operate production equipment safely to ensure the highest quality and correct quantity in accordance with the production schedule
standard operating procedures
and supervisory instructions
Solve routine problems associated with job responsibilities
Performs all duties in a safe working manner
following all of Axalta's safety policies and procedures
Blend and mix toners to designated formula (by hand and using a mix machine)
Control paint viscosities and tank levels
Record and document all pertinent information when completing mixes
Make sure work area is cleaned up
Operate mix machine and paint delivery systems
Directly responsible for housekeeping and control of waste generation
Ability to work schedule with assigned overtime
