ABOUT OMNISCIENT DIGITAL Omniscient Digital is an AI-first B2B organic growth agency working with B2B brands from startups to large household enterprises like SAP, TikTok, and Adobe. We specialize in SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), digital PR, and content strategy. We are building a paid media practice from the ground up. This is a foundational hire: you will be the first dedicated paid media strategist at Omniscient, responsible for proving the service line and establishing processes. THE ROLE You own paid search strategy, execution, and performance for an initial book 3 to 5 B2B clients. Google Ads is the main channel with Microsoft Ads/Bing in the mix. You work alongside our organic strategists to build integrated growth programs where paid search and organic reinforce each other. You'll sit at the intersection of paid search, SEO, GEO, and content, using paid search to capture commercial intent at the moment it converts, and using everything we already know about our clients' organic and AI-search behavior to inform sharper paid strategy than agencies without that context can build.
