Desde Workana estamos acompañando la búsqueda de un **Paid Media Specialist** para una agencia de marketing digital especializada en la industria de restaurantes y hospitality en Estados Unidos. Buscamos un perfil senior, altamente operativo y orientado a la ejecución, con experiencia gestionando campañas de performance en **Meta Ads y Google Ads,** optimizando resultados de forma diaria y trabajando directamente dentro de las plataformas publicitarias. La posición ofrece la oportunidad de tener ownership completo sobre múltiples cuentas, tracking, atribución y optimización de conversiones dentro de una empresa dinámica, AI-forward y en pleno crecimiento. **Importante:** Esta es una posición de ejecución. No buscamos Managers, Heads of Marketing ni perfiles enfocados principalmente en estrategia. **Necesitamos una persona que actualmente esté trabajando dentro de Ads Manager y Google Ads todos los días, optimizando campañas, resolviendo problemas y generando resultados.** ### Responsabilidades Principales: ### Paid Media (70%) * Planificar, lanzar y optimizar campañas de Meta Ads y Google Ads para una cartera de 10 a 15 clientes. * Administrar entre USD 50.000 y USD 60.000 mensuales en inversión publicitaria. * Gestionar presupuestos, audiencias, estrategias de puja, creatividades y optimización de rendimiento. * Crear audiencias personalizadas desde cero: * Lookalikes basadas en CRM. * Audiencias de remarketing. * Customer Lists. * Audiencias de exclusión. * Segmentaciones según etapa del funnel. * Configurar y validar tracking end-to-end: * Google Tag Manager (GTM). * Meta Pixel. * Conversions API (CAPI). * Eventos de conversión en GA4. * Integraciones con CRM para atribución completa. * Optimizar landing pages orientadas a conversión utilizando WordPress, Elementor o herramientas similares. * Ejecutar pruebas A/B sobre headlines, formularios y CTAs. * Monitorear y mejorar KPIs como CPL, CPC, CTR y CPM. * Identificar oportunidades de optimización y ejecutar mejora
