Their focus is simple: delivering measurable business results through effective digital marketing strategies and exceptional client service. ### About the Role: We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta/Instagram Ads campaigns for a portfolio of home service clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience running paid media campaigns for local businesses, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. This is a client-facing role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on campaign execution. You will work closely with account managers, designers, developers, and leadership to deliver high-performing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive client success. ### Key Responsibilities: **Campaign Management & Optimization** * Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram). * Optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns to maximize lead generation and return on investment. * Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic optimizations. * Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid management. * Write compelling ad copy
