5+ years of experience with paid social media, for DTC2C brands, Hands on keyboard, implementation, and execution of campaigns is a must, Base knowledge of UTM parameters, Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Position Title: Paid Media Manager (Contract) Location: US - Remote Reports to: Sr. Director, Partnership Media Contract Duration: July 13th - December 30th, 2026 About the role The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for execution of boosting Creator posts on Instagram and TikTok, from start to finish, including but not limited to campaign set-up, targeting parameters, implementation of UTM tracking, reporting on campaign performance, etc, for brands in verticals such as Fashion, Beauty, Big-Box retailers, retail media networks, etc. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital media experience, specifically paid social, including but not limited to META, and TIKTOK. This candidate will manage and coordinate budgets, planning calendars, assets, materials and approvals. Role requires marketing knowledge with creativity and passion to deliver bar-raising, best-in-class digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing paid social campaigns, working closely with creator content, and influencer marketing campaigns, collaboration with sales departments, and analyzing results and performance.
