They are a certified Google Partner with a track record of holding Google Ads accounts to a 10%+ conversion rate, roughly 3x the national average, and social media campaigns running at 2x the national click-through rate. We're hiring a **Paid Media Manager** to own Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy and execution across the client portfolio. You will personally manage campaigns for 40+ local service businesses simultaneously, with monthly ad budgets typically ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 per client. You will be directly accountable for lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend. This is a hands-on, in-the-accounts role. Daily optimization, weekly testing, monthly reporting, and ongoing collaboration with account managers and the content team are the rhythm of the job. The agency works on plain-language client communication — you will be expected to translate dashboard data into outcomes business owners actually care about.
