The role As a Paid Media Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across digital channels with a primary focus on paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) driving demand generation, audience engagement and business growth. You will leverage data, insights and testing methodologies to maximise campaign performance, identify new opportunities and deliver measurable results. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate marketing objectives into effective media strategies while ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and in line with best practices. Duties and responsibilities The role is defined, but not limited to, the following: Develop, manage and optimise paid social campaigns, while supporting paid search activations where necessary to drive performance and achieve business objectives. Support the planning and execution of paid media strategies aligned with demand generation, engagement and growth goals. Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, creative and marketing stakeholders, to ensure paid media activities support broader campaign objectives.
