Full Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Paid Media Coordinator to support the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Paid Media team in the scoping, development, and launch of paid media campaigns. This person will understand the paid media landscape and have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to build multi-channel digital programs. The Paid Media Coordinator will help execute the paid media strategy, as well as, implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns. Ideal candidates are passionate about paid media programs, testing and learning, and driving efficiency through business processes. The role will collaborate with many functional teams in AWS including brand, integrated demand planning, finance, creative, field marketing, business intelligence, digital strategy, and others. The ideal candidate will be able to exercise strong judgement, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communications skills. Customer obsession, creativity, and comfort with ambiguity are essential to success in this role. The successful candidate must be able to perform tactical/detailed campaign execution while working independently. This role will require excellent written and oral communication skills, strong business judgment, deep curiosity about how AWS works, and a passion for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Assists with the day-to-day management of paid media campaign operations, managing timelines and deliverables from development to deployment, and reporting. - Builds Content Messaging Maps for campaigns and develops distinct tracking codes. - Monitors and prepares reporting on campaign pacing and performance. - Procures and analyzes paid media metrics and makes recommendations for optimizations based on KPIs. - Partners with agency partner to implement timely optimizations to drive results. - Establishes and maintains scalable processes that ensure best practices for paid media, and internal reporting. - Manages the maintenance of campaign/creative asset
