support the growth of our two brands, Aussie and Lendi through the execution and optimisation of paid acquisition campaigns; maintain efficient spend and performance; help more Australians find, buy and own property with confidence

anti-moonlighting clause in place, meaning you will not be permitted to hold any other full-time or part-time employment during the contract period, requirement to work from our Makati office at least once a month
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Willing to accept a 6-month contract, 2+ years’ hands‑on experience in digital marketing, agency or in‑house, Hands on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager, Experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple channels, analytical skills – you understand ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CAC: LTV and know how to move the needle, You use AI daily, written communication skills and the ability to review or adjust ad copy when required, A healthy level of scepticism - You question results, hunt for anomalies and admit when something flops, Organised and unflappable. Multiple campaigns, many stakeholders, tight timelines - you keep calm and keep moving
Nice to Have
Basic Canva or Adobe editing to make last‑minute ad tweaks, Exposure to SEO principles or CMS platforms, If you’ve dabbled in TikTok or LinkedIn, even better
What You'll Do.
Execute and manage day-to-day paid media campaigns across Google Ads
Reddit and emerging channels
Monitor performance and make day-to-day optimisation adjustments to maintain efficient spend and performance
Monitor campaign performance daily
identify anomalies and escalate issues when required
Maintain campaign trackers and report on spend and performance on a daily
weekly and monthly basis
Support landing page and conversion testing by implementing updates and sharing performance insights with UX and Content teams
Coordinate and traffic creative assets for campaigns
ensuring correct formats and platform specifications are followed
Support campaign testing initiatives by implementing A tests and new placements and sharing results with the team

working closely with our Sydney/Melbourne based Performance Marketing team; sharing performance insights with UX and Content teams; sharing results with the team
