Must Have
solid foundation in performance marketing, familiar with the global audio advertising landscape, Enjoy the hands-on work of managing large media budgets and hitting specific direct response KPIs, comfortable working with pixel-based audio attribution providers like Podscribe, team player with communication skills
Nice to Have
analytical mindset, experience working with marketing mix modeling (MMM), Experience pulling reports from with Looker, Tableau or similar data visualization tool, The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced business
What You'll Do.
Help design the roadmap for "direct-automated" audio buying
Be responsible for the end-to-end management of self-serve platforms
Execute network-level buys with partners
Help our team move beyond "show-level" buying to prioritize audience-level buying
Implement real-time optimizations
Negotiate programmatic guaranteed deals
Use a data-first approach to measure the success of automated audio ads
Partner with Wise’s Analytics & Marketing Platform teams to integrate platform-specific UI data with Wise’s internal attribution models
Facilitate a robust “test & learn” strategy
