### **Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn | Performance Marketing) – Remote | U.S. Hours** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours ### **About the Role** At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to lead, execute, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns across: * Google Ads * Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) * LinkedIn Ads * Additional paid acquisition channels This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you’ll own campaigns end-to-end — from targeting and strategy to optimization, reporting, and scaling. Your focus will be on: * Lead generation * Conversion optimization * ROAS improvement * Paid acquisition growth * Campaign performance This is not a passive coordination role. You’ll actively manage and optimize campaigns with clear accountability for performance metrics and business outcomes.
