Welcome to AIM Therapy for Children! We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care. We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee. You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our vibrant Joondalup clinic! At AIM Therapy, Speechies are supported to do their best work. You’ll be part of a warm, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and shared learning. There’s space to be creative, support to grow your clinical skills, and time to build meaningful relationships with families. What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day * Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families * Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community * Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support. * Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on. * Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow Hear from Our Team “I love working at AIM.
