Paediatric Physiotherapist — South East Melbourne | Full-Time or Part-Time I’m currently partnering with a well-established clinic in South East Melbourne that’s looking to bring on a Paediatric Physiotherapist to step straight into a busy, ready-made caseload. This is not a slow-build role — you’ll be walking into a full diary from day one. **The Role** This position is 100% paediatrics, working alongside a broader team of physios in a supportive clinic environment. Your caseload will include: * NDIS clients — neurodivergent children, developmental delays, neurological and genetic conditions * Private patients — infants with feeding/packaging challenges, delayed milestones * Common presentations like toe walking, intoeing, and occasional MSK cases It’s a nice balance of complex and routine work, with enough variety to keep things interesting. **Why this role stands out** * Full caseload from the start — consistently booked out for months * Strong earning potential — base salary + commission structure * Structured mentorship available (particularly valuable for adolescent/MSK crossover cases) * Clinical autonomy — no micromanagement or rigid treatment models * Purpose-built paediatric treatment spaces * Solid admin support so you can focus on patients, not paperwork * Genuinely positive, team-first culture with regular PD and social catch-ups * Easy access via public transport + parking available **Who we’re looking for** * A physio who genuinely enjoys working with children and families * Comfortable managing an NDIS caseload independently * Confident clinician who knows when to collaborate * Someone who takes ownership of their work and shows initiative * High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills Most importantly - someone who actually cares about outcomes. **Salary** * $85,000 – $125,000 base (depending on experience) * Plus commission structure with strong earning potential beyond this If you would like more details please reach out to Anna
