Ensures reliable system performance, availability, and integration of imaging technologies across hospital and clinic environments. Troubleshoots system, workflow, and message exchange issues affecting clinical imaging operations. Collaborates with clinical departments, Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, IT teams, and vendors to maintain effective imaging system functionality and support diagnostic workflows. Participates in system lifecycle planning, operational improvement, and governance processes related to imaging technologies. * Administer and support PACS and related imaging systems used across Radiology and Cardiology, ensuring reliable system performance and availability. * Troubleshoot issues affecting imaging systems and clinical imaging workflows across the imaging and technology environment. * Investigate and resolve issues affecting message exchange (e.g., HL7, DICOM) supporting clinical imaging workflows. * Perform imaging system support activities through established operational processes, including incident response, ticket management, service requests, and project work. * Monitor imaging system performance and investigate system issues affecting image availability or clinical workflow. * Serve as an escalation point for complex imaging system issues impacting clinical operations. * Collaborate with Biomedical Engineering and IT teams to support reliable image acquisition, transmission, storage, and availability across the imaging environment. * Collaborate with physicians and operational leadership i
