This position is in the front line of packaging finished goods to prepare for shipment. Our team is looking for a top caliber, technically capable operator who is focused on safety, embrace change, make informed decisions, possess self-confidence and leadership skills and are lifelong learners. **Pay:** Starting wage is between $18 and $21.50 depending on experience. Additional shift premium is also received for working a 12 hour shift. DuPont offers an excellent benefits package that includes a generous 401k match, health and dental insurance, 15 days of vacation and much more! **Primary Duties & Responsibilities:** * Package products for various customers using various packaging materials. * Complete electronic documentation for the orders you are packaging. * Safely transport goods via forklift throughout the plant. * Perform daily tasks using the appropriate computer tools and software. * Follow procedures and practices to ensure a safe and efficient operation. **Education & Experience:** Required: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * 1 or more years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, military, or related role is preferred. * Basic computer skills. * Willing and able to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends, holidays and overtime when needed. (Optional straight shifts is obtainable) * Willing and able to lift
