Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain with packaging engineering certificate, 5 years of experience in packaging design, 5 years of experience in packaging manufacturing, Experience in ISO9000 or IATF16949 environment, Experience in thermoforming processes, Experience with wooden crates and palates, Experience with CAD tools, Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties
Nice to Have
2+ years designing packaging solutions, 2+ years implementing packaging solutions, Experience with international standards, Experience with dangerous goods standards, Experience leading validation efforts, Experience developing validation protocols, Experience approving IQ/OQ/PQ reports, Experience leading packaging sustainability initiatives
