Oura is looking for a Packaging Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of packaging across new product introduction and sustaining initiatives. This role drives cross-functional execution from concept through mass production, ensuring packaging solutions meet product, brand, cost, quality, sustainability, regulatory, and supply chain requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, strong packaging development experience, and the ability to align highly cross-functional teams around clear plans, decisions, risks, and milestones. They operate comfortably in fast-moving hardware environments and know how to balance customer experience, operational readiness, and business goals. This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston. What you will do: Lead end-to-end packaging program execution for new product development, special editions, and sustaining changes from concept through launch and post-launch support. Build and manage integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and decision logs for packaging deliverables across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
