What You'll Do.
Operate packaging line and equipment per SOP
Perform regular cleaning
Complete production batch records and other related records
Perform online inspection and sampling of products per
Receive raw materials
handle finished products
Handle defective and waste products
Report EHS non-compliance incidents or harmful behaviors
Execute production area 6S standards and GMP compliance
Report production process abnormalities to supervisor
Perform daily equipment inspection and maintenance
Manage mold and spare parts
Troubleshoot common equipment failures

I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge. ## **Job Description** 1根据SOP、GMP及EHS相关要求独立并熟练掌握包装线日常操作及设备操作。 2完成定期的自动包装线生产清洁、清场、换型、物料转运工作。 3完成生产批记录以及其他相关记录填写，确保记录的及时性和准确性。 4完成日常产品的在线检查和取样的工作，确保产品检查和取样过程符合SOP规定。 5根据SOP正确领取原材料、装填物料、处理成品、剔除品及废品。 6理解EHS对该职位的相关政策，报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为。 7执行生产区域6S规范要求，确保生产区域符合GMP规定；发现生产过程中异常并及时上报到直线领导。 8完成日常自动设备点检、维护及模具备件管理工作。 9独立处理包装线设备常见故障及设备日常保养工作；能够提出设备复杂问题相关的改善建议。 10编写设备维护及操作培训材料（SOP&TWI）并培训生产线其他员工 ## **Locations** Tianjin, China ## **Worker Type** Employee ## **Worker Sub-Type** Regular ## **Time Type** Full time
