What You'll Do.
Follows established department GMP’s
SOP’s and batch record instructions
Ensure accurate information of operating logs

Confirms each task is completed on time
Maintains a safe and sanitary atmosphere
Attends various mandatory safety and departmental meetings
Assists other personnel as needed
Perform hook ups and CIP on the dryer equipment
Trained to operate the dryer
Trained to operate the Lactose Evaporator
Cover as Lactose Operator when needed
Trained to run Protein Dryer
