What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED required, Five or more years of experience maintaining and operating high-speed packaging equipment is strongly preferred, Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment, working knowledge of equipment controls, working knowledge of manufacturing technologies, working knowledge of power tools, Ability to adapt to changing priorities, exercise sound judgment when responding to issues
Nice to Have
bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred, basic refrigeration knowledge preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform daily maintenance of high-speed packaging equipment
Perform troubleshooting of high-speed packaging equipment
Perform repair of high-speed packaging equipment
Complete emergency repairs on mechanical systems
Complete emergency repairs on electrical systems
Complete routine inspections on mechanical systems
Complete routine inspections on electrical systems
Complete preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
Complete preventative maintenance on electrical systems
Support equipment reliability
Support continuous improvement
Evaluate packaging line performance
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Implement process improvements to enhance quality
Implement process improvements to enhance output
Maintain critical spare parts inventory
Coordinate calibrations with contractors
Coordinate validations with contractors
Support facility maintenance needs
Perform structural repairs
Perform exterior repairs
Assist with complex maintenance projects
