As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we’re striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence. _**What You’ll Do**_ * Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-speed packaging equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. * Complete emergency repairs, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. * Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement. * Evaluate packaging line performance and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and output. * Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate calibrations or validations with contractors as assigned. * Support facility maintenance needs, including structural and exterior repairs, and assist with complex maintenance projects. _**What You’ll Bring**_ * Five or more years of experience maintaining and operating high-speed packaging equipment is strongly preferred. * Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food production. * Strong working knowledge of equipment controls, manufacturing techn
