Set up, operate, and break down canning and bottling lines, Execute smooth changeovers and ensure materials are staged and ready, Monitor runs and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency, Coordinate closely with the cellar team to keep product flowing, Perform or oversee routine QC checks (fill weights, seams, DO, carbonation, visual quality), Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all product meets standards, Take ownership of the final product - nothing leaves the line that shouldn’t, Identify and resolve mechanical and process issues during runs to minimize downtime, Perform basic maintenance and escalate larger issues as needed, Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce product loss, Support packout and help keep the line running smoothly, Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout and after runs, Step in wherever needed - we operate as a team, Accurately track packaging materials and communicate inventory needs, Record finished goods volumes and maintain accurate production data

You don’t need to know every piece of equipment on day one. We can teach the systems. What matters most is how you think - attention to detail, consistency, and a mindset geared toward improvement.
