Full Job Description
As a Packaging Executive, you will be responsible for building and executing processes/steps defined for seamless execution of Brand Packaging Improvemebt, impacting supply chain cost and Customer experience for IN Market place through data driven and stakeholder management activities. You will be responsible to develop Processes and mechanisms to work with brands and category teams to unblock the BPI opportunity. You should be able to develop basic automation solves to ease the manual dependency on multiple internal programs. You will also be responsible for managing the metrices for BPI workstream. Key job responsibilities Handled Internal & External brands stakeholders. •Demonstrate invent and simplify the process and create SOP for brands that follow a pattern and recommend scalable solutions, create deep dive reports •Perform root-cause analysis at ASIN level for significant packaging areas of failuresin a timely manner Create packaging guidelines which will be basis of brands for improvement Create monthly tracking at finance, cost, packaging reduction level to unblock the opportunity •Update or develop documentation on processes that are critical to success of your function •Candidate should be very analytical and be able to justify decisions and approaches with data & be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity •Candidate should be able to define a logical &step by step approach to achieving a goal on packaging guidelines and cost optimization •Candidate should have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts, •Candidate should be able to drive meaningful insights from Data •Candidate should be able to write basic SQL queries.
