Overview: The Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging plant material and infused products. In this role, the packaging associate will maintain accuracy in weighing product, fulfilling product, labelling, and inventory is paramount. Responsibilities: Package infused and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations. Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills and windows based operating software Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product Sanitation demonstrate self-motivation and initiative. Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain all state-required cannabis badging, which includes pre-employment background check. Most possess a valid driver's license or state ID card. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for long durations.
